Search for Articles
Use the search bar at the top of the Help Center to look for keywords or phrases related to your question. Our search will match results from articles, categories, and common topics. For the best results, try simple terms like “reset password” or “upload trades.”

Submit a Support Request
If you can’t find what you need, you can submit a support ticket right from the Help Center. Click Submit a request and complete the form with as much detail as possible, including any error messages or screenshots to help our team assist you faster.
Article Feedback
At the bottom of every Help Center article, you’ll see a prompt asking, “Was this article helpful?” You can click Yes or No to share your feedback. This helps our team improve the quality of our articles and make sure they meet your needs. Feel free to also submit a support request if your question wasn’t fully answered.
Use the Sidebar Navigation
Our Help Center sidebar shows headings within each article, so you can jump to specific sections without scrolling through the entire page. This is especially useful for longer guides and tutorials.
