Community Guidelines

Community responsibility

Community content is user-generated. Users are responsible for what they post. TradeReply does not endorse a post merely because it remains visible. Moderation is not verification of accuracy, legality, or investment suitability. TradeReply does not guarantee that every violating post will be identified immediately.

Prohibited conduct and content

You may not use the Community to:

• commit fraud or scams, or distribute phishing or malware;
• engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or coordinated manipulation;
• impersonate another person, organization, or brand;
• harass, threaten, stalk, or dox others;
• publish another person's private or confidential information without authorization;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• spam, artificially inflate engagement, or evade moderation;
• post false, fabricated, or materially misleading trading or performance evidence;
• promote unlawful financial services, unlicensed regulated activity, guaranteed returns, or risk-free investment claims;
• violate applicable law or TradeReply policies.

Profanity alone is not prohibited. Abusive, threatening, harassing, illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited conduct remains moderatable.

Financial discussions

Users may discuss trading, markets, strategies, tools, and personal experience, but may not present unlawful regulated financial services through the Community. Users remain responsible for determining whether their activity requires professional registration, licensing, disclosure, or authorization. Community content is not TradeReply investment advice.

Compensated and sponsored content

TradeReply permits sponsored, compensated, affiliate, or otherwise incentivized Community content only when the material relationship is clearly and conspicuously disclosed in plain language close to the endorsement or recommendation and difficult to miss.

Acceptable disclosure concepts include:

• Paid promotion — I am being compensated by [Sponsor].
• Sponsored by [Sponsor].
• I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.

Vague terms such as "affiliate link" alone may not satisfy the rule. Disclose material relationships involving cash compensation, free products or services, discounts, commissions, referral payments, equity or token interests, employment, ownership, or another material benefit that could affect how readers evaluate the post.

Where TradeReply provides a paid, sponsored, or material-relationship disclosure control, users must use it when applicable. The built-in disclosure does not replace any additional disclosure required by applicable law.

Financial or securities-related compensated promotions may be subject to additional legal disclosure requirements and may be restricted or removed by TradeReply.

Sellers and self-promotion

Marketplace sellers and other businesses may discuss their own products only in accordance with Community anti-spam rules and must clearly disclose their relationship to the product or business when that relationship may not otherwise be obvious.

Intellectual property

You must have the rights necessary to post or share content in the Community. TradeReply may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Moderation

TradeReply may remove, restrict, label, reduce distribution of, preserve, or investigate content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, secure the platform, comply with law, or address fraud or abuse. TradeReply does not guarantee any specific moderation outcome.

Reporting

Report Community content or policy concerns through existing Community reporting tools or by submitting a support request.
