Advertiser Terms

These Advertiser Terms apply when you create a TradeReply Advertising account, fund a prepaid advertising wallet, submit campaigns, or run ads on TradeReply. They sit alongside the Advertising Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

By completing advertiser setup or submitting a campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Advertising Policy.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be an eligible authenticated TradeReply member. Accounts that are suspended, restricted, or scheduled for deletion may not advertise. You must provide accurate business or identity information where requested and keep it current.

You are responsible for all activity under your advertiser account, including campaigns created by people you authorize.

2. Prepaid wallet and billing

Advertising is billed from a prepaid wallet funded through Stripe. Funds are drawn as eligible impressions, clicks, or other agreed billable events occur under your campaign settings. Unused wallet balance is not a general TradeReply subscription credit.

Invalid traffic identified by TradeReply is not billed. Chargebacks, payment disputes, and failed payments may pause delivery, suspend the advertiser account, or both.

3. Creatives, claims, and destinations

You warrant that you own or have rights to all creative assets you upload, that claims in your ads are accurate and substantiated, and that destination pages match the advertised offer.

Destinations must not use cloaking, malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or prohibited content under the Advertising Policy. Marketplace listing destinations must promote a listing you own and that remains eligible.

4. Review and no endorsement

TradeReply may review, approve, reject, pause, or disable creatives and campaigns. Approval is not an endorsement of your product, service, claim, destination, or investment opportunity. Performance, reach, and results are not guaranteed.

5. Targeting and privacy

Available targeting is limited to the controls TradeReply exposes (for example placements, audience segments, devices, country/region, language, and contextual categories). You must not attempt to re-identify viewers or circumvent consent and privacy controls.

6. Prohibited and restricted advertising

You must not advertise content that is prohibited or restricted under the Advertising Policy, applicable law, or TradeReply trust and safety rules. TradeReply may reject or remove ads that violate those standards without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the platform.

7. Suspension and enforcement

TradeReply may suspend advertiser accounts, pause campaigns, disable creatives, withhold or adjust billing for invalid traffic, and take other enforcement steps where eligibility, payment, policy, fraud, security, destination, or trust concerns arise.

8. Refunds and disputes

Wallet funds, campaign charges, refunds, and disputes are handled under these terms, payment-provider rules, and the facts of each case. These terms do not create a guaranteed refund window or automatic refund right.

9. Changes

TradeReply may update these Advertiser Terms and the Advertising Policy. Material changes may be communicated through the product or other reasonable notice. Continued use of Advertising after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
