TradeReply Privacy Policy
Introduction
At TradeReply LLC (“TradeReply”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information and personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, the lawful basis for processing your data, storage methods, data sharing practices, and the measures we take to protect your data. “Personal data” means any information that relates to you from which you can be identified.
TradeReply is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is the sole owner of the https://www.tradereply.com website (“Website”), TradeReply desktop and mobile applications, TradeReply services (each, a “Service”) and all of the information collected on it. We collect information from each user (“you”) in several ways, which will be explained in more detail in this privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy describes how TradeReply processes personal data. Where applicable law requires consent for specific processing, we request that consent through account settings, checkout flows, Cookie Settings, or other appropriate mechanisms. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, you should stop using our Services and may request account deletion as described below.
For this Privacy Policy, “Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” and “Super Intelligence” or “SI” refer to artificial-intelligence and machine-learning technologies used by TradeReply, including features TradeReply presents as Super Intelligence (SI). Super Intelligence is TradeReply’s name for those features. It is not a separate legal class of technology.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
This privacy policy is current and was last modified on October 3, 2026.
Information We Collect
Personal Information: You are not required to create an account to use some of our services, such as our free Trading Calculator. When you create an account, we require personal information such as your name and email address. We may also request your social login credentials if you choose to connect them, such as Facebook, Google, and Apple. Paid subscriptions will additionally require payment details, including your name and postal address. While optional, you may provide your phone number, which we will verify. This information is necessary to provide you with our services and to ensure a personalized experience.
If you register for one of our paid subscriptions (Essential, Plus, Premium), our third-party payment processor will handle your payment card, bank account, or other billing information as needed to process your order. We do not store payment card details ourselves.
Partners Data: We will also process personal data you choose to provide at registration to our affiliate Partner Program. For more details, visit our Partner Program Rules.
Protected usernames and identity verification: When you request a protected username or participate in identity verification, we may process the requested protected username; identity, person, or organization name; relationship to the identity; official website or domain; supporting public URLs; claimant statement; domain-verification metadata; claim and review state; customer-visible review messages; staff decision metadata; audit and security records; and impersonation or trademark report information sent to Support. When a username ownership review occurs, we may also process the disputed username; claimant and incumbent account relationship; public supporting links; response statements; preferred replacement username; trademark or public corporate identifiers and metadata; staff decisions and reason codes; and audit or security metadata. We use this information to prevent impersonation and fraud, protect username integrity, review identity claims, verify domain control, investigate reports and disputes, and maintain security and audit records. The current launch flow does not collect raw government-ID images, driver's licenses, passports, selfies, or biometric identifiers through this protected-username or username-dispute process.
Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with our platform, including the features you use, your trading activities, and preferences. This helps us improve our services and tailor them to your needs.
Device Information: We gather details about the devices you use, including IP address (which may identify your country), device type, operating system, and application versions. This data supports spam prevention, fraud detection, and platform security. In some regions, IP addresses are regarded as personal data, and we handle them accordingly.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies, including web beacons, to track your activity on our website. This helps us analyze statistical information, improve your experience, ensure security, provide anti-spam measures, and support advertising. For more on cookies, view our Cookies Policy.
Signals and device information: In addition to cookies, we may collect technical signals through server logs, device characteristics, browser configuration, session identifiers, and similar technologies to support account security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, rate limiting, session integrity, and platform integrity. These signals may include IP address, device type, operating system, application version, and related technical metadata. We rely on legitimate interests, contract performance, and legal obligations as applicable lawful bases for this processing.
Super Intelligence (SI) features: When you use an SI feature, TradeReply may process a compact set of information as needed for the requested feature. That information may include supported trading or account information already recorded in TradeReply; deterministic analytics derived from that information; dashboard and Trade Account context; selected date ranges; settings; filters; strategies; supported widgets; supported labels or other user-supplied text when relevant to the requested analysis; and SI feature-usage or operational metadata. An SI request uses that compact context. It is not a transfer of your entire account, and brokerage credentials and payment-card details are not categories processed for the SI feature.
How We Use Your Information
Service Provision: Your personal data is used to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account and our services.
Personalization: We use your data to personalize your experience on TradeReply, showing you content and features that match your interests.
User Account: We use your contact details to:
- Authenticate and secure your user account.
- Confirm and manage your user account.
- Verify email addresses and phone numbers.
- Provide subscription services for paid users and communicate about those services.
- Send essential billing or subscription notifications from our payment processor (opt-out not available for those mandatory messages).
Broker and trading data: If you connect broker or exchange accounts to TradeReply or import or transmit trading data through our APIs or tools, we collect and process trading history, positions, balances, identifiers, and related metadata to provide user-requested syncing or import, analytics, connection maintenance, troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention where applicable, and support. TradeReply is not a broker, custodian, clearing firm, financial institution, or regulated investment adviser.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Super Intelligence (SI) Features: TradeReply may use the applicable information to generate a Super Intelligence (SI) Performance Brief you request, provide AI-assisted or SI-assisted explanations of supported analytics, validate output, enforce feature allowances and rate limits, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, troubleshoot failures, and maintain safety and quality controls. The result is analytical and informational content. It does not execute trades, and it does not independently control connected brokerage or exchange accounts. It is not automated investment decision-making.
TradeReply may store records needed to operate the feature, including, as applicable, generated SI Performance Briefs, feature usage, allowance consumption, generation state, validation or failure state, and technical performance metadata. Those records follow the account-deletion, legal, security, operational, and retention framework in this Privacy Policy. This policy does not state a separate fixed retention period for SI records.
Deletion of User Account: You may discontinue use of our website and/or application and request account deletion at any time by logging in and selecting Delete My Account in your Privacy Settings page. Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion 30 days after the request. During this period, you may cancel the deletion process at any time.
If you have an active subscription, including a free trial, scheduling account deletion may affect renewal, billing, and plan-change options during the pending deletion period. For example, paid renewals and pay-now changes may be restricted, and a free trial may continue until its scheduled end without converting to a paid subscription while deletion remains scheduled. For full details on subscription, trial, and billing treatment during account deletion, see our Terms of Service (Sections 4 and 19).
Be aware that requesting account deletion may start a closure process rather than instantly destroying every record. We will remove the personal data you have provided to us after required financial and account-closure processing is complete. However, certain data, such as your contributions to our marketplace or platform and messages sent to other users, will be retained as they are integral to our system. Records associated with payments, refunds, financial accounting, fraud or security reviews, disputes, and legal or compliance obligations may be retained or de-identified according to TradeReply's applicable obligations and policies after user-facing account deletion. This retention is necessary to preserve the platform's integrity. SI-generated records and associated SI feature data are handled under this same account-deletion process and those applicable retention requirements. TradeReply does not promise that copies held by infrastructure or service providers are destroyed instantaneously.
We retain different categories of data for periods appropriate to their purpose, including transaction, tax, payment, Marketplace dispute, fraud or security, and other records that may need to be kept for applicable legal or business periods. Broker and trading data generally follow user account and deletion behavior subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We do not retain every technical or trading data category for a fixed statutory duration unless a specific legal or business requirement applies.
Please note that search engines (such as Google) and other third parties may retain copies of your publicly available information even after your account has been deleted.
Third-Party Account Connections and Data Deletion: If you create or connect your TradeReply account through a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Google, or Apple), removing TradeReply from that platform will revoke login access via that method only. Your account and associated data will remain active on TradeReply unless you request deletion.
To request permanent deletion, use the Delete My Account option in your Privacy Settings page. You must be logged in to access this option. If you cannot access your account, first review our Troubleshooting Login Issues guide. If issues persist, follow the instructions in our Requesting Account Deletion or Data Access article.
Analytics and Improvements: We analyze usage and interaction data to develop new features, improve our services, and better understand trends. This may include device identifiers, advertising IDs, interaction events, network information, and general device metadata. We use only pseudonymous data for these analytics. We may partner with analytics providers where enabled through our consent-management and site configuration, which may include services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Firebase when those tools are active for a given visitor or region.
Marketing: We may send you marketing emails about TradeReply products or services you have used, including new features, events, or promotions. You may opt out of these at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our messages. We will only send promotional content beyond your subscriptions with your consent.
Help Center: When you open a ticket through our Help Center, we may use your contact details, device information, server logs, and any supporting material you provide to resolve your request.
API and Widget Usage: When you access and interact with our APIs or widgets, we may collect and process usage data, device details, and user inputs to monitor functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance your experience. All data is handled securely in accordance with this privacy policy.
Sharing Your Information
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your personal data with third-party service providers to deliver our services, provide IT hosting, process payments, or deliver advertisements. These providers are obligated to protect your data and use it only to perform contracted services. To deliver a requested Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Super Intelligence (SI) feature, TradeReply may provide the compact information needed for that request to cloud infrastructure providers and AI or model service providers acting to perform that functionality. The current implementation uses Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon Bedrock. Private trading and portfolio information is not made available to advertisers merely because it is used for an SI feature.
Google reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA on our Website to protect against spam and abuse by distinguishing between human users and automated access. reCAPTCHA collects data such as IP address, browser type, interaction date and time, cookies, and user interaction data like mouse movements and clicks. This information, processed by Google in line with their Privacy Policy, is used solely for security purposes. By using our Website, you consent to the data processing by Google reCAPTCHA as outlined in their policies. You can learn more about Google reCAPTCHA here.
Payment Information: Paid Users are required to submit payment details (such as name, postal address, and payment card or account information). We use Stripe as our secure primary payment processor to handle these transactions. Stripe may also process your payment method through Apple Pay or Google Pay if you choose those options during checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. For more information on how these processors handle your data, please visit:
During the payment process, if there are any issues processing your payment method, we will use your provided contact details to communicate with you about your account or subscription.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, law enforcement requests, court orders, and subpoenas. Additionally, information may be shared to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or others, and during business transactions such as mergers or acquisitions or sale of all or a portion of our assets where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. All disclosures are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring transparency and privacy to the fullest extent possible.
TradeReply Advertising: TradeReply operates its own first-party advertising platform. Stripe supports wallet payments; AWS supports creative storage and delivery. TradeReply does not use Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, or another outside ad network to operate TradeReply Advertising on approved surfaces. TradeReply Advertising may process campaign-delivery and measurement information such as placement or context, coarse audience segment, country or region where available, language, device class, impressions, viewability, clicks, invalid-traffic signals, campaign spend, and qualifying attribution or conversion data where applicable. Advertisers receive aggregate campaign reporting and do not receive private member trading or portfolio data or member identities through TradeReply Advertising. Private portfolios, trades, profit or loss, account value, broker connections, and private strategies are not advertiser targeting inputs. See the Advertising Policy and Why this ad?.
TradeReply marketing and measurement: Separately from TradeReply Advertising, TradeReply may use external marketing and measurement tools to advertise or measure TradeReply itself where enabled through consent management. Those tools may include Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar services when active for a visitor. They do not operate TradeReply's first-party ad inventory. You can manage consent preferences, including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” through Cookie Settings in the footer.
- Meta Pixel: Where used for TradeReply marketing measurement, see Meta’s Data Policy.
- Google Ads / related Google tools: Where used for TradeReply marketing measurement, see Google’s Privacy Policy and their Privacy & Terms.
These practices keep TradeReply Advertising distinct from any third-party marketing pixels while maintaining user privacy and data security for basic impression and click metrics.
Marketplace: TradeReply's Marketplace is digital-only. When you purchase digital Marketplace products, we collect information such as your name, contact details, billing information, and payment information to process transactions, deliver digital access, and provide customer support. Transaction data, including product descriptions, prices, and dates, is recorded to manage orders and support disputes or refunds. Sellers must provide contact details, payout information, and product listings to facilitate transactions. Relevant transaction and fulfillment information may be shared with payment processors and, where necessary for digital delivery or support, with sellers. Payment card information is not stored on TradeReply servers. Transaction and related records may be retained for applicable legal, tax, fraud, security, and dispute-resolution periods.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Additionally, you can manage your cookie preferences, including targeted advertising, personalization, analytics, and “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” through the Cookie Settings link in our footer, which will adjust settings depending on your location.
Data Security

By analyzing user data, we can identify and address potential security threats more effectively, ensuring a safer experience for all users.
TradeReply will investigate and respond to security incidents and provide notifications to affected individuals or authorities when required by applicable law.
For additional information about our data security practices or if you have any concerns regarding the security of your data, please contact our support team. We are committed to safeguarding your information and continuously enhancing our security measures to protect your privacy.
Children and Sensitive Information: Our services are not directed toward individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently gathered personal data from a user under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe that their child may have provided us with personal information should contact us so we can ensure that the data is removed.
TradeReply does not request sensitive personal characteristics such as race, religion, health information, sexual orientation, biometric information, or similar sensitive attributes for purposes of core trading analytics or advertising targeting. Users may voluntarily disclose information in Community posts, support communications, profile content, or other user-submitted material. Users should avoid posting sensitive information they do not want others to see. TradeReply does not make such sensitive attributes available to advertisers as TradeReply Advertising targeting criteria. The protected-username and identity-verification launch flow described above does not collect biometric identifiers, selfies, or government-ID images.
For any questions or concerns about our data collection practices or to report any potential issues, please reach out to our support team. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.
European and United Kingdom ("UK") Data Protection Laws
We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals subject to European and United Kingdom (UK) data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act. As the data controller, we collect and process personal data to provide and improve our services, communicate with users, process transactions, and ensure security. We rely on legal grounds such as consent, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests for processing your data. You have rights under GDPR and UK law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights or for any inquiries, please contact us.
We may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EEA and the UK with appropriate safeguards in place. We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected or as required by law, with retention periods varying based on data type and legal requirements. If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, please contact us so we can rectify the issue and you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Where required for an international transfer, TradeReply uses an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard required by applicable law.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights include the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to request the deletion of your personal data, the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise your CCPA rights, you can submit a verifiable request by contacting us. Please provide sufficient information to verify your identity and specify your request. We will respond in accordance with CCPA requirements. We may collect categories of personal data such as identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation data, and professional information.
You may also manage your cookie and tracking preferences, including the right to opt-out of certain targeted advertising or the sharing of personal data, through the Cookie Settings link in our site footer. This tool allows you to exercise your “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” rights in line with CCPA requirements and based on your location. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the proper functioning of the Site.
