Eligibility and Enrollment

• Eligibility: Anyone may apply to join the TradeReply Partner Program, but submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Enrollment: To apply, sign up through our Partner Program. Partner signup, tracking, reporting, validation, and payout administration are handled through CJ Affiliate. Applications are subject to approval by TradeReply, CJ Affiliate, or both. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
• Account Requirements: Approved partners must maintain an active and compliant CJ Affiliate publisher account and comply with CJ Affiliate's account, payment, tax, tracking, and network requirements.

Separate from Refer a Friend

• Separate Programs: The TradeReply Partner Program is completely separate from TradeReply's Refer a Friend program. Partner Program commissions are affiliate commissions tracked and administered through CJ Affiliate. Refer a Friend credits, caps, qualification rules, and account-to-account referral rules do not apply to Partner Program commissions unless TradeReply expressly states otherwise.
• No RAF Credit Substitution: Affiliate commissions are not Refer a Friend credits, TradeReply subscription credits, stored value, gift cards, or cash-equivalent account balances inside TradeReply. Affiliate commissions are handled through CJ Affiliate according to CJ Affiliate's payout process and the applicable TradeReply partner terms.
• User-Facing Offers: TradeReply may, at its discretion, make a subscription benefit available to eligible users referred through approved partner links. Any such offer is subject to TradeReply's eligibility rules, checkout rules, fraud review, refund or reversal handling, and any additional terms shown to the user. Partners may not advertise coupons, discounts, credits, or special offers unless TradeReply has specifically authorized that messaging.

Partner Conduct

• Ethical Marketing: Promote TradeReply in a responsible and ethical manner. Misleading, false, exaggerated, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance: Ensure that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, advertising, marketing, email, disclosure, consumer protection, and financial promotion laws, as well as our Terms of Service.
• Required Disclosures: You are responsible for clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship with TradeReply wherever required by law, platform rules, advertising standards, or CJ Affiliate requirements.

Promotion

• Where To Advertise: Approved partners may promote TradeReply through approved sites and platforms, including but not limited to blogs, social networks, newsletters, webinars, videos, live events, and institutions where partner links can be appropriately shared.
• Accepted Locations: TradeReply may accept traffic from many countries and regions. However, we may be unable to support residents or users in certain locations due to legal, regulatory, payment, service, security, sanctions, or platform limitations. TradeReply reserves the right to reject, restrict, withhold, reverse, or decline commissions for traffic or users that cannot be supported.
• Trademark Keywords: Partners are prohibited from running paid marketing campaigns, including but not limited to pay-per-click, search, display, or social ads, that bid on or target our branded trademark or trademark-plus keywords in any format or language. Prohibited terms include TradeReply.com, TradeReply, Trade Reply, Trading Reply, and confusingly similar variations.
• Logo Use in Paid Marketing: Partners may not use the TradeReply logo, brand assets, or confusingly similar creative in paid marketing unless TradeReply has provided specific written authorization.
• Brand Guidelines: Adhere to TradeReply brand guidelines when creating or sharing content. Maintain the integrity and consistency of the TradeReply brand. Always use our branded logos, unaltered, directly from our Media Kit.
• Retargeting and Remarketing: Retargeting or remarketing is not considered partner-paid user acquisition for commission purposes when it conflicts with TradeReply marketing channels. Partners will not be rewarded for users who return to TradeReply through TradeReply retargeting, remarketing, lifecycle marketing, direct traffic, or other internal acquisition efforts where CJ Affiliate or TradeReply determines that the partner did not directly drive the eligible conversion.
• Discounts and Promos: Partners may not offer, publish, imply, or advertise coupons, discounts, subscription credits, special offers, bonus incentives, rebates, cash-back offers, or other promotional benefits unless those promotions were specifically authorized by TradeReply for partner use.
• Self-Referrals: Purchasing a TradeReply subscription through your own partner link is prohibited. This behavior will not be rewarded and may result in commission reversal, partner termination, and termination or restriction of your TradeReply account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, using, or controlling multiple TradeReply accounts or CJ Affiliate publisher accounts to bypass program rules, manipulate tracking, generate commissions, evade restrictions, or conceal identity is prohibited.

Commissions, Tracking, and Payments

• Commission Structure: Commissions are earned based on the plan and billing cycle selected for the referred user's first eligible paid TradeReply subscription. Depending on subscription level, eligible first monthly subscriptions may earn a fixed commission of $10-$30, and eligible first annual subscriptions may earn a fixed commission of $60-$100. These are not residual or recurring commissions.
• Eligible Paid Subscriber: A commission is available only when a referred user completes an eligible paid TradeReply subscription purchase that is properly tracked, validated, and accepted under the Partner Program rules, CJ Affiliate tracking rules, and any applicable TradeReply program terms.
• CJ Affiliate Tracking: Partner tracking, referral attribution, reporting, validation, locking, and payout administration are handled through CJ Affiliate. TradeReply is not responsible for tracking failures caused by blocked cookies, browser settings, ad blockers, incorrect links, expired tracking windows, user actions, platform restrictions, or CJ Affiliate tracking limitations.
• Payment Schedule: Approved commissions are processed according to CJ Affiliate's reporting, validation, locking, and payout schedule, subject to the applicable TradeReply partner terms, fraud review, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, reversals, and CJ Affiliate requirements.
• Payout Method: Commission payouts are administered through CJ Affiliate. Partners must maintain a valid CJ Affiliate publisher account and satisfy CJ Affiliate's payment method, tax, identity, account, threshold, and payout requirements. Available payout methods, payout timing, currencies, thresholds, tax documentation, and related payout rules may be governed by CJ Affiliate.
• Reversals and Non-Commissionable Events: TradeReply may decline, withhold, reverse, or adjust commissions for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, failed payments, disputed payments, fraudulent activity, policy violations, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, unsupported users, non-qualified subscriptions, tracking conflicts, attribution conflicts, or other activity that TradeReply or CJ Affiliate determines is not eligible. A commission is not final unless the underlying subscription payment is successfully collected, remains unreversed, and is accepted as commissionable after applicable validation, refund, chargeback, fraud, cancellation, payment-failure, and reconciliation review.
• Fraud Prevention: TradeReply reserves the right to withhold commissions, reverse commissions, restrict accounts, and terminate partnerships if fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or policy-violating activity is detected. Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, unauthorized incentivized signups, automated signups, payment manipulation, and attempts to tamper with tracking or attribution.

Content Restrictions

• Prohibited Content: Do not promote TradeReply on websites, platforms, communities, or content that contain or promote illegal, harmful, deceptive, or inappropriate material. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, violence, adult content, discriminatory material, malware, scams, phishing, unlawful financial promotions, or content that harms TradeReply reputation.
• Respect for Intellectual Property: Do not use TradeReply trademarks, logos, screenshots, content, designs, product names, or other intellectual property in a way that infringes on rights, causes confusion, implies unauthorized endorsement, or suggests a relationship beyond approved affiliate participation. This includes the prohibition of using our intellectual property in paid marketing, search ads, display ads, email marketing, or other paid placements without specific authorization.
• Copycat Sites: We strongly oppose any website, landing page, application, account, domain name, or platform that mimics the design, functionality, branding, name, domain, or services of TradeReply. Imitation properties may deceive users and create confusion, and TradeReply may pursue takedown, partner termination, commission reversal, account restriction, and other legal or platform remedies.

Responsibility

• Compliance and Payments: We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or refuse commissions if it is determined that you violated these rules, CJ Affiliate rules, TradeReply Terms of Service, applicable laws, or used unethical methods to generate traffic, signups, subscriptions, or commissions.
• Responsibility for Marketing Activities: TradeReply is not liable for the marketing activities you undertake to generate traffic. As a partner, you are responsible for ensuring that your actions, claims, disclosures, content, targeting, and promotional methods comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and program requirements.
• Tax Responsibilities: TradeReply is not responsible for taxes you may owe in connection with partner commissions or your tax residency. You are responsible for providing required tax information through CJ Affiliate and for paying any legally required taxes, fees, or other obligations.
• Third-Party Services: TradeReply is not responsible for outages, delays, account restrictions, reporting issues, payout issues, tracking limitations, policy decisions, or other inconveniences caused by CJ Affiliate, payment processors, advertising platforms, social platforms, email providers, banks, tax authorities, or other third parties.

Termination

• Termination by Partner: You may terminate your participation in the Partner Program at any time by following the applicable CJ Affiliate process or by providing written notice to TradeReply.
• Termination by TradeReply: TradeReply reserves the right to terminate, suspend, restrict, or remove your participation in the Partner Program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these rules, violation of CJ Affiliate requirements, violation of TradeReply Terms of Service, fraud, abuse, brand harm, legal risk, or noncompliant marketing activity.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must stop using TradeReply partner links, TradeReply brand assets, promotional claims, and any partner-only materials unless TradeReply provides written permission otherwise. Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or declined where allowed under these rules, CJ Affiliate requirements, or applicable law.

Changes to the Program

• Modifications: TradeReply may modify these rules, commission amounts, eligible plans, tracking rules, promotional permissions, user-facing offers, payout terms, or the Partner Program at any time. Notice of changes may be posted on our website, reflected in CJ Affiliate, or otherwise made available to partners. Your continued participation in the Partner Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By participating in the TradeReply Partner Program, you agree to abide by these rules, the applicable CJ Affiliate requirements, and TradeReply Terms of Service. Thank you for being a valued TradeReply partner.
