2. Digital Products & Marketplace Disclaimer

TradeReply operates a digital marketplace where third-party sellers list and sell digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Courses
  • Ebooks and trading guides
  • Indicators and trading scripts
  • Trading bots and automation tools
  • Market research reports
  • Access to live events, including seminars and webinars

TradeReply does not create, own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any products listed by third-party sellers. Marketplace seller or product approval, listing, or moderation is not TradeReply endorsement or legal validation of the seller, product, or any financial claim. A third-party digital product may itself contain errors, financial claims, automated tools, strategies, indicators, or other information for which the seller remains responsible. However, TradeReply may administer marketplace operations, including payment facilitation, dispute workflows, refund processing controls, fraud prevention measures, policy enforcement, payout administration, account moderation, and marketplace restrictions.

2.1 Buyer Acknowledgment

By purchasing a product through the TradeReply marketplace, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a product listed by a third-party seller, not a product created, owned, or guaranteed by TradeReply.
  • Digital products may include access to live events, such as webinars and seminars, which may be one-time events or include additional recorded materials.
  • Marketplace payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. TradeReply does not store full payment card details.
  • Marketplace checkout is processed by TradeReply. Unless expressly shown otherwise at checkout, the purchase price displayed is the amount you pay for the listed product. Buyer checkout does not add separate TradeReply marketplace or platform fees on top of the listed price, and does not separately itemize payment processing fees to the buyer, unless such amounts are expressly displayed before purchase.
  • If TradeReply or a seller approves a full marketplace refund, you receive one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase amount paid for the refunded item or order, except to the extent any portion is expressly non-refundable by applicable law or stated policy.
  • If TradeReply or a seller approves a partial marketplace refund, you receive one hundred percent (100%) of the approved partial refund amount.
  • All digital product purchases are final unless the seller’s stated policy, TradeReply’s marketplace policies, applicable law, or an administrative review through TradeReply’s dispute system provides otherwise.
  • Refund requests and marketplace disputes must be handled through TradeReply’s internal dispute system unless otherwise required by applicable law, a payment processor, a card network, a bank, or another financial institution.
  • TradeReply may review, facilitate, investigate, approve, deny, restrict, reverse, or administratively process marketplace dispute outcomes, refunds, payout holds, transaction adjustments, account restrictions, or related enforcement actions in accordance with TradeReply’s Terms, marketplace policies, and applicable payment processor requirements.
  • Access to digital content, including live events, may be governed by the seller’s specific licensing terms and restrictions, including access duration, which buyers must review before purchase.
2.2 Access Type, Duration, and License (No Ownership)

Marketplace products are provided as a digital access license under the seller’s stated terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the product or any intellectual property.

Access duration depends on the product’s access type:

  • Lifetime access — access does not expire unless the seller removes the content or your account is restricted for policy violations.
  • Limited-time access — access expires after the stated period from purchase.
  • Subscription-based access — access is available only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

TradeReply does not guarantee continued availability of any seller-provided content, and sellers may update, replace, restrict, or remove content at any time, subject to applicable laws, TradeReply policies, and any marketplace access rules that apply to the listing.

2.3 Live Events, Webinars, and Limited-Time Access

Certain digital purchases may include limited-time access to live webinars, seminars, or private group sessions. TradeReply does not create, host, control, or guarantee the scheduling, availability, quality, attendance, content, or outcome of live events listed by third-party sellers.

  • If a seller reschedules, cancels, modifies, or fails to deliver a live event, the buyer must use TradeReply’s internal dispute system to request resolution unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable payment processor.
  • Sellers must disclose whether recordings or replays will be available. TradeReply is not responsible for access restrictions imposed by sellers, but may take marketplace enforcement action where appropriate under TradeReply’s Terms or marketplace policies.

3. Limitations of Liability

TradeReply makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • The availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, delivery, performance, or quality of any products listed by sellers.
  • The results, financial gains, trading performance, investment performance, or business performance of any digital product or service purchased through the marketplace.
  • The conduct, representations, responsiveness, or performance of any buyer or seller.
  • The resolution, timing, success, or outcome of any marketplace dispute, refund request, chargeback, payment reversal, payout hold, payment processor review, account restriction, or enforcement action.
  • The availability of live events, including cancellations, reschedules, access restrictions, seller nonperformance, or changes to event content, timing, format, recordings, or replays.

TradeReply may provide administrative marketplace dispute workflows, evidence submission systems, refund processing controls, fraud prevention measures, payout controls, and related marketplace enforcement tools. However, TradeReply does not guarantee any particular dispute, refund, chargeback, payout, payment processor, seller, buyer, listing, or marketplace enforcement outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeReply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to any marketplace transaction, product, listing, seller conduct, buyer conduct, dispute, refund, chargeback, payout hold, payment processor action, account restriction, or marketplace enforcement action, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruptions, reputational harm, or loss of access. Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains subject to the limitation-of-liability provisions in the Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and digital tools, is the intellectual property of TradeReply LLC or its licensors, except for marketplace products sold by third-party sellers.

Users and sellers must ensure that content they upload, publish, sell, or distribute through TradeReply does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others. TradeReply may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with applicable law and TradeReply policies. Infringement is a serious matter and may result in removal from the platform and potential legal action by the rights holder. If you believe your rights have been violated, please report the issue through our support request form so we can investigate.

Super Intelligence (SI) and AI-Assisted Analytics

For this Disclaimer, “Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” and “Super Intelligence” or “SI” refer to artificial-intelligence and machine-learning technologies used by TradeReply, including features TradeReply presents as Super Intelligence (SI). Super Intelligence is the name TradeReply uses for those features. It is not a separate legal class of technology, and this section does not describe editorial images or other illustrative content.

An SI Performance Brief is generated from supported TradeReply-recorded data and analytics. The in-product notice states: “Super Intelligence (SI)-generated analysis of your recorded TradeReply data. May contain errors. Not financial or investment advice. Verify important information before making decisions.”

SI output may contain errors or omissions. It can be affected by incorrect, incomplete, stale, or otherwise flawed underlying data, and the language layer may misstate or misunderstand information supplied to it. TradeReply applies validation and safety controls. Those controls do not guarantee that the output is accurate, complete, or current.

SI output is informational and analytical only. It is not financial or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, enter, exit, size, or otherwise trade a particular asset or strategy. It does not promise or predict investment performance. You should verify important information against the underlying TradeReply metrics and against authoritative broker, exchange, or custodian records. SI does not execute trades or control brokerage, exchange, or custodian accounts.

SI features may be temporarily unavailable, rate-limited, or disabled, including because of provider or infrastructure failures. TradeReply does not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific recovery time.

TradeReply may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools to create or assist in creating certain content, including illustrative images, graphics, and other editorial materials. TradeReply reviews and takes responsibility for the content it publishes.
